Day 1: Safety rules, Enemies of safety, Equipment usage and care, Rescue knots
Day 2: Anchoring, Belaying, Rappelling, Ascending, Commands and non-verbal communications, Improvised techniques
Day 3: Self rescue, One-person rescue, Victim packaging, Slope evacuation, Introduction to flood rescue
Day 4: Litter Rescue, Hauling systems (mechanical advantage systems), Introduction to confined space rescue
Day 5: Written and practical exam, Practical Exercises, Simulation exercisesIndustrial Rope Access Training Course

25th Mt Kinabalu International Climbathon
22~23 October 2011, Sabah, MalaysiaThe participation of the Philippine contingent to this event is organized by the Philippine Skyrunning Association.
This event has gained its reputation as the "world's toughest mountain race", involving a 9-km climb to the peak (4095m) and a 12-km descend to the finish line. A true challenge to the spirit of human endurance.
This year's event is the final and championship leg of the 2011 International Skyrunning Series.

- Oct 15 - Flight to Kota Kinabalu (KK)
- Oct 16 - Travel from KK to Kinabalu Park
- Oct 18, Tue - Practice run /trek
- Oct 20, Thu - Practice run /trek
- Oct 22, Sat - Race for Women and Men Veteran
- Oct 23, Sun - Race for Men Open, Travel back to KK
- Oct 24, Mon - Flight back to Manila or Clark
